All the more to love BSN! Despite the stress in making tons of paperwork, computing for calories and other nutrients, knowing different diseases, and planning a diet plan ... soon, we get to enjoy cooking with class! Reviewing every detail in a recipe isn't that simple, you gotta take note of every minute, every teaspoon, every bit of what you did or added to your dish! 


Chicken Parmigiana

Oh for the love of pasta! While we were choosing a recipe to cook, we knew that this recipe was going to be quite a challenge, but still, challenge accepted! One of the challenges we've encountered was adding the right amount of sugar, not mainly to suit a Filipino preference, but to achieve an authentic Italian dish, still emphasizing on a tomato flavored sauce. The pasta was tender and smooth; chicken breast was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, plus!! melted Parmesan cheese on the chicken breast and basil on top to spice it up!


Egg Drop Soup


Through the preparation of an egg drop soup, we were able to appreciate the natural flavor of a chicken stock - we were able to enjoy how the different ingredients blended with one another and still be able to distinguish and savor the flavor brought about by every ingredient.
